Terms & Conditions
1.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Surprisegift.ca site and/or the Surprisegift.ca Services from time to time. We will post any changes on the Surprisegift.ca site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Surprisegift.ca Services or Surprisegift.ca site. Changes will be effective within five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between both parties shall be on the new terms and conditions.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Surprisegift.ca site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
1.4 A person who is not a party to this agreement has no rights to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions.
1.5 In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between both parties (whether written or oral). This entire agreement sets forth understanding between both parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
- Customers must provide COUNTLINE with a valid phone number and contact email. COUNTLINE accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not provided, were invalid or incorrect.
- It is the obligation of the customer to ensure they check their invoice and confirm the name and address details of the recipient are complete and correct. The customer must ensure that a recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees.
- The customer should ensure that their personalized message is written to their satisfaction. COUNTLINE is not responsible for incorrect spelling, grammar or formatting.
